Low sperm count can be treated as Oligospermia. Often semen with a decreased sperm concentration may also show significant abnormalities in sperm morphology and mobility. It is defined as less number of sperm in the ejaculate of the male. The diagnosis is based on the low count in a semen analysis performed at on two occasions.
