EPILEPSY
It is a disorder in which the person has a tendency to have seizures due to abnormal electrical activity in brain. Problems during delivery, head injury or tumors in brain can cause Epilepsy. In some conditions like high grade fever also can cause Epilepsy.
In Ayurveda, it is treated as ""Apasmarr and according to Ayurveda it is mainly caused due to improper use of sense organs and inappropriate food.
Treatment:-
- Shirodhara
- Sirovasti
- Nasya karma
- Siropichu
Diet And Lifestyle:-
- Avoid usage of cold items.
- Usage of ghee unhelpful in case of Epilepsy.
- Pranayamam, meditation are also helpful.
