Constipation(Malabhaddakam)

Not passing stools on daily basis or passing hard stools daily is known as constipation.

Yogasanas to prevent constipation:-

1)Pavana muktasam.
2)Dhanurasan
3)Bhujangasan


Tips of constipation:-


1)Take 1 bottle of luke warm water daily on empty stomach.
2)Use castor oil 2tsps mixed with hot milk at bed time.
3)Amla murabba 2tsps at bed time.
4)Eat kiwi fruit ripened mangoes ,apples.
5)Flax seed powder 1tsp taken with warm water.
