ALS is a rapidly progressive, invariably fatal neurological disease that attacks the nerve cells responsible for controlling voluntary
muscles. It is sometimes called as “Lou Gehrig’s disease.
The disorder is characterized by rapidly progressive
weakness, muscle atrophy and fasciculations, muscle spasticity, difficulty in
swallowing.
TREATMENT:
- The line of treatment mainly focuses in
pacification of vata and bring all the doshas in equilibrium state.
- Samshodhara, Samshamana and Kaya Kalpa
all these are useful .
